***SHOES***

ShoeS emerged in 2022 from a group of high school friends. Their sound is most reminiscent of 90s alternative rock and punk, with a touch of psychedelia. Their songs are characterized by rawness and strong dynamics: sometimes subtle and quiet, other times blowing you away. They don't stick to a specific genre, but there are many influences from the grunge world of Sonic Youth. Their goal for the near future is to finish their first album and find their own audience.

***Légüres tél***

The Pécs-based band Légüres tél was formed in Budapest in 2019, but it was only three years later that the members decided to present their songs to a wider audience. The three members of the band, Balázs Bognár (guitar, vocals), Péter Szabó (bass), and Balázs Domonkos (drums), have been playing together in various formations for nearly 15 years, but it was in Légüres tél that they found their own sound. Instead of the usual trio sound, the harmonization of the guitars comes to the fore. Creeping drum machines, keyboards, and alternating meters strive to create a unique musical world, all cast in the form of song structures that differ from the traditional. They have been featured at every Made in Pécs festival since 2019, but have also appeared at several venues in Budapest, including A38 Hajó, Turbina, Három Holló, and Gólya. In 2024, they presented their new songs on the opening day of the Fishing on Orfű festival.
