In 2025, the Diósgyőr Santa Claus Train® will set off for the twentieth time, having already made the dreams of hundreds of thousands of children come true. The festively decorated Santa Claus Train, the impressive forest of lights, and the meeting with Santa Claus provide an experience that makes it one of the most popular winter programs for children in Hungary.

The Lillafüred Fairy Tale Kingdom is a special, magical place where passengers on the Santa Claus Train® can experience wonders. It is one of the most significant family programs of the festive season, offering not only entertainment but also a truly fairy-tale experience, connecting children and adults with the magic of fairy tales and the beauty of nature.

This year, two magical performances await passengers, so that everyone can experience the special atmosphere of the Santa Claus Train. This year, the stories of GRINCS and TROLLOK 2 will come to life. The train will take children and adults alike to the Fairy Tale Kingdom of Lillafüred, where familiar residents will welcome visitors.

The adventure begins in a tent, where the melodies of a cheerful welcome song start the journey into the world of fairy tales. Then, together with the inhabitants of the Fairy Tale Kingdom, they set off on a magical journey, at the end of which Santa Claus awaits the visitors.

The Diósgyőr Santa Claus Train® is a decorated mini-train that runs during the pre-Christmas period, taking families from Miskolc to the Fairy Tale Kingdom in the heart of the Bükk Mountains. In the Fairy Tale Kingdom, a children's theater, a forest of lights, and Santa Claus provide special entertainment for all ages.
