Design research methodology and tools can provide the basis for solving many different business challenges. The process, utility, usability and limitations of this research approach will be discussed in this event.
Our guests are professionals who are not only familiar with design research, but also use it - for business strategy, employee experience design, improving customer experience, rethinking brand strategy, or even building a completely new service.

In the first part of the event, we will discuss how the need for design research arises, how the process works, what it can (not) give, when and for whom it is worthwhile to use this tool.
In the second phase, we will discuss experiences of joint projects with our invited guests. This is a more informal format where we welcome questions, comments and feedback from participants.
