Little gardeners and non-gardeners!

This is the last opportunity this year to create a little wonder within the walls of Turbina. If you participate, your creation will be taken care of by Flori until Christmas, and a wonderful little gift can be born.

If you choose a larger jar, it’s worth arriving on time, as a 5-liter one can take about an hour and a half to complete. If you only want a smaller one, half an hour to an hour is sufficient.

Here are the options you can choose from now:

  • 5-liter sphere 15,500 HUF (This is the size where you can truly get creative)

  • Duo package 12,000 HUF (1 pc 1L Erlenmeyer flask + 1 pc 500ml long-neck flask)

  • 5-liter swan-neck flask 17,000 HUF

  • Specialty! Exsiccator flask 22,000 HUF (a container with a removable glass lid)

  • Alcohol jar 5,000 HUF

  • Giant 20L large jar with cap 20,000 HUF

NON PLUS ULTRA 2-in-1 workshop: Using the Tiffany technique, you not only plant but also assemble the glass container itself, which you can then plant into.

  • Larger 25,000 HUF

  • Smaller 15,000 HUF

There will also be random smaller jars available on-site, which you can select from while stocks last. Also, if you have an old florarium that you want to replant or just tidy up, that is also an option.

Of course, if there is a jar tucked away in your attic, you can bring that along to plant as well, just coordinate with us beforehand. The prices listed include the workshop fee, the glass container, the plants, decorations, fillers, and the know-how.

Our bistro was born with the belief that plant-based cuisine can be super exciting. Working in partnership with the Domovoj Project team, the Bistro tries to take inspiration from different technologies and climates of the world to incorporate them into the flavours, textures and colours of our dishes. Furthermore, seasonal ingredients and local suppliers are carefully selected to ensure a more conscious and sustainable cuisine.

We use a number of labour- and attention-intensive processes that are rarely used in a restaurant setting: alongside our homemade ferments, we add our own intense, crispy lyophilized specialties to enhance the flavour of our dishes.

We work with a diverse range of drinks in-house, with plenty of specialities to choose from, in addition to our seasonal offerings, from African gins to Indian rums and Japanese whiskies.

You'll be welcomed in the bright, rustic spaces of our cultural venue, whether you're discovering the possibilities of Bistro with a small or large crew.
