WELL-BEING AT WORK - A HOT TOPIC OR A REAL NEED?
Well-being at work was not a high priority in the workplace until the impact of COVID-19 brought its importance into focus. But what are well-being programmes all about? How to do well and do well? When does the employer benefit and when does the employee? Experience shows that many are still groping, but there are some very impressive and effective well-being interventions. This presentation will clarify the concept of well-being at work, the factors that influence it, and what employees can do if their own workplace does not care at all. On the practical side, we will give case studies to illustrate what a really successful corporate well-being programme looks like.
