Join us for this unique yoga and sound bath journey, focused on understanding and working with our inner energy centers.

This is a series of events, not just about fitness or relaxation, but about offering practical tools to support your well-being and personal growth.

The practices can help improve confidence, support healthier relationships, strengthen intuition, and bring more clarity into everyday life.

Program

- A clear overview of the main energy centers, with simple guidance on how to support the physical and energetic body.

- Chakra-based yoga, using asanas to activate and align your energy field, helping you feel good in your body.

- Guided visualization and meditation to embody what we explore during the session

- A soundscape with vocals (singing in Aramaic), ancient instruments (Tibetan bowls, koshi, harp, and more), blended with real astronomical sounds of planet Earth

- During the sound bath, you will receive a personal energy alignment (Reiki) to support deep relaxation and nervous system reset.

Throughout the class, we use gentle aromas, lighting, and subtle effects to create a comfortable, supportive environment.

Single: 5,500 HUF

Pair: 10,000 HUF (X 2 people)
