MADMIKE, Bufo Alvarius, Macskapogó
MADMIKE presents its latest album, IVI, accompanied by Bufo Alvarius and Macskapogó, making its live debut. We will premiere the band's latest music video at Három Holló.

Schedule
Without compromise, the band, which straddles the boundary between rock, punk, and alternative music, brings us its fifth album, which, for the sake of simplicity (or complexity?), has been given the title 'IVI'. The clean-cut form will once again be transformed into a soundscape. The new album will be played in its entirety on the Három Holló stage, and thanks to the vast pool of material to draw from (the first four albums are now available), songs that haven't been played in a long time will also be featured.
Bufo Alvarius is an uncompromising post-punk band that creates order out of chaos; it provokes and liberates at the same time, while responding with unsettling honesty to questions about the conflict between civilization and nature. Wild lyrics, dissonant sounds, ritualistic trips. As one of the winners of Kikeltető, they have performed at festivals such as Kolorádó and Bánkitó. In 2024, they played as the opening act for Model/Actriz and METZ, and also performed at Fishing On Orfű, Fekete Zaj, and Sziget. After their 2022 EP and 2023 album, they released two new singles (Nature, Break) in 2025 as precursors to their second LP. Their lyrics are a mix of English and Hungarian, and their socially critical themes fit well with their raw, psychedelic, mystical sound.
Macskapogó was formed at the end of 2024 in a dorm room in Budapest when two bass guitarists decided to try writing music independently of everyone else, just for fun. This burst of inspiration laid the foundations for Macskapogó, and after finding the other members of the band, they put together a 45-minute set and an album's worth of songs.
The songs are currently being recorded, and they are preparing for their first concerts to find their own audience.
In terms of genre, the basis was pop-punk nostalgia, but due to the diversity of the musicians, the pain of alter and a slight overthinking of midwest emo also appear in the songs.
