Adam (Tom Hiddleston) is a reclusive vampire who spends his days as a musician in his Detroit apartment. One day, he reunites with the love of his life, Eve (Tilda Swinton), who is also a vampire and has left her former life in Tangier, Morocco, to be with Adam again. The couple is unexpectedly visited by Eve’s irresponsible and troublemaking sister (Mia Wasikowska), who not only irritates Adam but also puts the only person with whom the musician has a good relationship in danger.
