Egg Decorating Workshop
Come and create with us while helping revive an old tradition. We warmly invite you to a special egg-decorating workshop.
During the event, you will have the chance to try the traditional wax-resist egg writing technique: we will work with beeswax, authentic tools, and decorate eggs with traditional motifs. We will explore the process together, inspiring one another in a calm and reflective atmosphere.

According to Hutsul tradition:
“As long as the Hutsuls keep decorating eggs, the world will endure.”
When we sit down together to write and paint eggs, we become part of this ancient order ourselves — as if, in a small way, we are helping sustain it.
What awaits you:
- creating together in an inspiring environment
- working with beeswax and traditional tools
- the world of classic colors and folk patterns
- during the workshop, you will have the opportunity to decorate 3 eggs
- quail eggs will also be available alongside the traditional ones
- at the end of the workshop, you can take your kistka (writing tool) home with you, so you can continue this tradition on your own
The participation fee is HUF 9,500, and spaces are limited (max. 10 people).
