Batta Ramon Domingo is one of the flag bearers of the new generation of Hungarian chefs, who is neither influenced by food snobbery nor by the cult of the classic, dripping with fat, huge portions.

After a long time, Ramon is now cooking in Budapest again, after his adventures in Balaton. On Sunday 16 July, he'll be visiting the Taste and preparing exciting dishes at Gasztro Trash, and we'll be providing the best cocktails and music.
