Henry VIII is perhaps one of the most extraordinary figures in English history, leaving not only the legacy of his extreme deeds but also the legend of his six marriages.

Six wives, six different personalities, six extraordinary lives. Yet they all chose the same man and, with the exception of two of them, did not survive (...their husbands).

SIX evokes these extraordinary stories in the unusual but all the more explosive form of a concert musical. The six queens are reborn as fierce pop divas and the (singing) competition for the title of the most regal queen is on. Captivating, effervescent tracks alternate, different musical styles are pitted against each other, accompanied by a female orchestra.

This time, enterprising viewers will not only be able to watch from the auditorium, but also take a seat on the stage, in the TRONTEREME.

SIX has won three Drama Desk and two Tony Awards in 2020. It has been nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award in five categories and a Grammy Award in the Best New Musical Album category.
