Schedule
Passengers can now listen to metro concerts all year round at the Fővám tér metro station's Song Point on Wednesdays between 16 and 19 hrs.
Metro concerts are held in many major cities in Western Europe. Street musicians, hobby musicians or professional performers perform a few songs at one of the busiest metro stations in each city. The performers, alone with a few instruments or a few together, often without a microphone, bring moments of beauty to the everyday lives of passers-by.
The Singing Points programme enhances the bustling metropolitan atmosphere and makes everyday transport more enjoyable. The first Dalos Pont will be located at the gallery level of the Fővám tér metro station, where every Wednesday between 16 and 19 hours, passers-by will be able to listen to metro concerts. The list of Dalos Points will be constantly expanded to ensure that Budapest's residents have more and more frequent access to the "music" metro stations.
There are also occasional performances and musical shows at the Dalos Pont. For details, please visit the BKK website.
The programme is free of charge!
Budapest
The best things to do in Budapest! Several medieval bridges connect the 2 sides of the city that give it its name: Buda and Pest. Cruising along the Danube is a great way to see Budapest in all its glory.
