A transgenerational journey through time gives us a glimpse into family relationships that highlight the patterns of behaviour that are around us and within us. This makes it easier to recognise when we are part of an abusive relationship or toxic environment, so we can seek help to unwind them. And, if we are already involved, we can more easily begin the process of processing and healing. Can we rewrite our deepest entrenchments? Can we transform our inherited compulsions into free choices?
