Iris is hopelessly in love with her colleague, with whom she is having an affair. Not content to let her feelings go unrequited, he announces at a Christmas party that he is engaged to one of their colleagues. Meanwhile, workaholic Amanda discovers that her boyfriend is cheating on her, so she gives him a ride. The two heartbroken girls find each other online. After mutually crying over their grief, they decide to put their ordeal to rest. With one living in London and the other in Los Angeles, they decide to swap homes. However, the holiday does not go according to plan.
