In the footsteps of female architects - a Women's Day walk in Buda

Are women really invisible in architecture? A short walk through Buda proves: not at all - you just have to know where to look! On March 8 and 12, 2023, with architect Júlia Böröndy, editor of the Women in Architecture Hungary Instagram page, we can get to know the important creators of 20th century Hungarian architecture - Franciska Bettelheim, Éva Spiró, Margit Pázmándi and Dezsőné Tóth - through 5+1 buildings in Buda.

Júlia Böröndy, architect, member of the KÉK Urban Walks team, initiator and editor of the Women in Architecture Hungary Instagram project, PhD student at the ELTE Doctoral School of Sociology will lead the walk.
