Schedule

Yoga understands the human being as a whole, the original aim of ancient yoga is to discover our true nature, to know ourselves beyond the health of the physical body. During the time spent on the mat, we can get to know ourselves. On the one hand, it helps us to develop body awareness and on the other hand, it helps us to connect with ourselves, which is the theme of the current exhibition. Yoga is a life journey, just like art. It is always different, changing and evolving, just like the termite itself.

Let's feel the change within us together and connect with yourself by embracing the positive effects of art and yoga.

Come dressed in comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, if you don't have one please let us know..

The room can accommodate up to 30 people.

We look forward to welcoming you.

Arrival between 18:00 and 18:15
