The Trousers are a Budapest hard rock/garage rock band that has been around since 2005, consisting of Zoltán Kőváry (vocals, guitar), Péter Locke (guitar), András Lázár (bass), Antal Samu Gulyás (drums), and the music of the 70s hard rock and the Hellacopters of the 2000s garage rock. They have released six albums in their career so far, and since 2013's "Freakbeat", which featured a guest appearance by Hellacopters leader Nicke Andersson, their material has been covered by the international underground rock media. Their 2022 album "Animal Gun", which was also released by Lithuania-based Sliptrick Records in 2023, received a 10/9 rating from Hammerworld, 10/8 from Danish Metallized and German Ox Fanzine, and 10/7 from Italian Rock Hard. In addition to clubs and festivals in their home country, the band regularly performs in Central European countries such as Germany, Austria, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Location
A38 Ship
Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
