Take two ageing, foul-mouthed, ballsy, likeable gangsters, Vincent (John Travolta) and Jules (Samuel L. Jackson), who are trying to retrieve a briefcase for their boss. To do so, of course, they have to kill a few people, but that’s often the lot of simple hitmen. Jules miraculously dodges the bullets aimed at him and, taking this as a sign, decides to give up his old life. His partner, however, has to take the gangster boss’s wife out for a night on the town…
There’s also a boxer, Butch (Bruce Willis), who’s planning to double-cross the notorious mafia boss, Marsellus Wallace (Ving Rhames). As it happens, the story takes such a turn that he ends up preparing to save him rather than shoot him… Last but not least, there’s also a pair of small-time robbers (Tim Roth and Amanda Plummer) who are just about to rob a restaurant. But Vincent and Jules are having breakfast there...

Bem Cinema
In January 2016, the 108-year-old Bem Cinema will reopen its doors to the public, in a new way never seen before in Hungary: as a cinema of cult and classic films (no harm!), or as the educated French say (if you know your English): as a "repertory cinema".
