This summer, we’re bringing the bustle of downtown to the banks of the Danube, the beating heart of Budapest’s dawns. On Jane Haining Embankment, just below Vigadó Square, a wave of concerts, exhibitions, and markets awaits you all summer long.
Come to the last Softbloom concert of the summer and the world’s first Hardbloom set, where the Softbloom members will put down their lutes and treat you to a dirty, stinky, nose-wrinkling, crude, summer-kicking, eclectic DJ set.

Softbloom is an atmospheric duo that experiments with shoegaze, dreamy soft pop, and doom. The project was formed in 2024 around the songs of Imola Szabó (vocals, guitar) and Péter Stanfel (drums), which largely explore the difficulties of relationships and disillusionment with the world. Although Imola’s songs are structured, Péter’s jazz-rooted playing strongly shapes the final result, so that in their unique sound, dreamlike softness meets the weight of reality.
