Leo Middea is a Brazilian singer-songwriter who was born in Rio de Janeiro in 1995 and currently lives in Barcelona. Over the past decade, he has built an international career: he has performed more than 500 concerts in 27 countries and has captivated audiences with his unique blend of Brazilian rhythms and global musical influences.
Leo has released six albums to date: *Dois* (2014), *A Dança do Mundo* (2016), *Vicentina* (2020), *Beleza Isolar* (2020), *Gente* (2023), and his latest, *Notícias de Puglia* (2026). His concerts have been sold out across Europe and Latin America; during his first U.S. tour, tickets sold out for all 26 of his performances—ranging from intimate solo shows to full-band concerts. He has also performed at the legendary Montreux Jazz Festival.
In 2024, Leo made history: he was the first Brazilian artist to reach the finals of the prestigious Portuguese *Festival da Canção* competition, where he ultimately took second place.
In 2027, Leo will return to the stage with a new show and his full band!
Location
A38 Ship
Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
