Kitötő a Barbakkánál
When Pécs is bathed in a magical glow during the Festival of Light, a truly special oasis comes to life beneath the historic walls of the Barbican. For four days, Szabadkikötő moves to one of the city’s most iconic locations to round out the festival experience with an unforgettable pop-up venue.
Visual magic, pulsating rhythms, ice-cold refreshments, mouthwatering grilled dishes, and the unmissable festival atmosphere—all in one place, in the shadow of the bastion.

Schedule
Thursday, February 7:
brane. & polyp // UK Garage from the Underground
brane. and polyp know a thing or two about garage, so you might as well park your car and let the 2-step and the bassline take the wheel! These guys have already proven themselves both individually and as a duo on the bass music scene, and now they’re inviting you to a laid-back, head-nodding night where good vibes and authentic UK garage vibes will bring the crowd together.
Friday, March 7:
Fiesta Balkanika // Caribbean Party
Do you love a fiesta? And the Balkans? Then you’re sure to love a good party too! Latin rhythms, ethnic melodies, soulful R&B, and pounding reggaeton—this is the place for you if you can’t keep your feet still either!
Saturday, April 7:
Afternoon:
ANICSA and FÁNI BÁCSI // Cooking Groove Session
ANICSA and FÁNI BÁCSI are bringing the Ozora vibe right to the foot of the bastion! You couldn’t ask for better music for the afternoon—ethno downtempo and organic house sound even better as the sun sets. To make the Cooking Groove experience complete, our guest grill master from the Netherlands will be preparing dishes that are more delicious than you can imagine on his wood-fired grill.
Evening:
Schmici & TéDé // A selection of delicacies from the world of 4/4
The ancient castle walls have spoken and demand four beats per measure; in return, all we ask is that they be bathed in light. This agreement is sealed by our DJs—who are perfectly suited for the task—whom we’ve handpicked from the Sutoro and SpacePort teams. All that’s needed to top off the atmosphere is a cold spritzer—good thing there’s a bar, too.
Sunday, May 7:
Afternoon:
DJ Zöld // Timeless Hits
DJ Zöld, who has been spinning since the dawn of Hungary’s party culture and collecting records since 1978, builds his sets using traditional techniques, mostly playing tracks all the way through. His style—which divides opinion yet is beloved by many—is made unique by an orgy of musical genres, snippets from Hungarian records, and a bold blend of high-quality commercial music.
Evening:
BandiT & DJ Dusty // House sets under a scratchy needle
We’ll bid farewell to the festival in high spirits; while you sip your favorite drink, BandiT and DJ Dusty will provide the beats to get you dancing—or the rhythm to nod your head to if you’re feeling tired. These guys have proven themselves time and again with their flawless house sets, so we can bid a fitting farewell to the wonderful days behind us.
Szabadkikötő
Community space and all the extras to make you feel good!
The Free Port is a place where knowledge, experience, feelings and ideas can be freely exchanged over a coffee, a concert, a performance and/or a children's party. That's how it really works here! It's worth getting to know the double face of the place, dominated by kids by day and drinkers by night, with programmes open to all ages. Bring your four-legged pet, they're welcome too! And our kitchen prepares a lactose and gluten free menu every weekday, available from 11:30am.
