I wait for you every Thursday during the summer with two types of training:

18:00 – 19:00 – FEEL GOOD - moving tournament

After the all-day session, we move, mobilize, and relax the tired body. This watch is more recommended for beginners and those who want to move themselves in a lighter form and want to recharge.

19:15 – 20:15 – FUNCTIONAL EDUCATION

Functional exercise is a high-intensity exercise method in which we perform our own weight exercises on a garnish basis. During training, we build muscle, burn fat and are guaranteed to get tired well. I will teach you the correct execution of all the movements so you can join as a beginner!
