Schedule

Gábor Sidlovics, formerly known as “Sidi,” the former guitarist of Tankcsapda, has been working on his own music for the past year and a half, which he will perform live for the first time with his new band, Siddhi.

The band will treat rock fans to brand-new songs and well-known Mafia hits at their album release concert titled “Az ELSŐ” on December 9, 2026, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the A38 Ship. At this iconic Budapest concert venue, a surprise opening act will kick off the evening, and Siddhi will be joined by an outstanding guest artist: Péter Dorogi, frontman of Intim Torna Illegál.

Since the premieres of the songs “Test kihűl” and “Baj megtörtént” in March and May, questions about the new album have been pouring in. Alongside the filming of music videos—which have now garnered hundreds of thousands of views—studio work has been ongoing, and the wait for the album won’t be much longer; 2026 won’t pass without a new Siddhi album. The band will present their first album at a major concert on the A38 ship on December 9, 2026, starting at 7:00 p.m., where they’ll also perform their latest song, “Ártatlan,” for which the band has already filmed a music video. Here’s how Sidi is looking forward to the album release concert:

“You can imagine what an interesting experience it was for me—someone who has been making music nonstop for 25 years as a way of life—to spend a year and a half off the stage after leaving Tankcsapda. Of course, making the album was a form of healing, but nothing can replace the stage. On December 9, we’re not only presenting the album—I’m also coming home! I’m grateful to be able to do this with friends and fellow musicians like Miklós Steklács, who was already my co-founder in Zanzibár, Márk Horváth, with whom I spent six years in Tankcsapda, and Peti Dorogi, who is joining us—he was the one who encouraged me and kept my spirits up back when Siddhi was still just a dream.

A special thank you to Márk Horváth, who is perhaps going through one of the most difficult periods of his life right now due to a health issue, yet he’s investing such energy into the band and our preparations that it’s exemplary and inspiring to me as well.”

Siddhi will be sharing plenty of new updates and news leading up to the December concert, but it’s worth marking the venue and start time on your calendars right now. December 9, 7:00 p.m., A38, Siddhi’s big album-release concert, “The FIRST”!

Location

A38 Ship

Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
