Schedule
Within the Gold Cages exhibition, a tea ceremony presented with Delontea meets the meditation practice of Zeus Salas. The tea ceremony will be followed by a guided workshop by The Volume of Your Heart, Zeus's meditation school, inviting participants to turn inward, practise presence and observe their own inner spaces.
Surrounded by the paintings, the questions at the heart of Gold Cages become more than something to look at: what boundaries do we build around ourselves, what do we hold on to, and what does it mean to feel truly free?
