Itâs been 15 years since the now cult classic DRIVE was first released. Weâre celebrating this anniversary with a special commemorative evening at DĂŒrer Kert.
Weâre organising a free open-air screening and an authentic synthwave after-party in memory of Kavinsky, without whose âNightcallâ neither the film nor synthwave would be the same.
What to expect: popcorn, drinks, retro TVs, an Out Run gaming corner, cool cars bathed in neon light, and an after-party lasting until dawn, where weâll pay tribute to the past 15 years and the masterâs body of work with strictly Kavinsky-inspired synthwave sets.

DĂŒrer Kert
DĂŒrer Kert, which moved from the City Park to the vicinity of Kopaszi Dam, is one of the hangouts of Budapest's surviving peripheral subcultures, but it's also worth visiting if you just want a perfect garden spot. That is, starting in spring. Until then, let's keep rockin'! And after that, too.
