Schedule

The film was directed by János Xantus and is considered one of the cult classics of Hungary’s new wave and alternative cinema. It tells an unconventional love story that doesn’t follow the rules of classic romance, but instead unfolds through moods, emotions, and fleeting moments.

The film also captures the underground atmosphere of 1980s Budapest: young people, a longing for freedom, uncertainty, and that unmistakable feeling that something is happening—even if you're never quite sure what it is.

Raw at times, poetic at others, and deeply honest, it remains a true cult classic and a favorite among generations of film lovers.

There will be popcorn, cold drinks, and an open-air screening under the stars.

Admission is free.

Dogs are welcome too.

And the summer program continues!
