Paul and Corie are newlyweds; the guy is a conservative, ambitious lawyer, while the girl is romantic and a true free spirit. She found their first, perfect shared apartment on the top floor of an old building, where no one can bother them. Or is that just an illusion? Hilariously eventful, high-stakes games begin as both fight to feel at home in their life together.
Neil Simon, the master of comedy, burst into the public consciousness with this play and soon became the king of broadway comedies.
