On the last night of the year, Pebbles will transform into something timeless. We will serve the full evening in a flowing, progressive meyhane style ; no rush, no schedule, just dishes arriving in a natural rhythm.

A warm, glowing meyhane, the traditional Anatolian dining house where people gather to share food, slow conversations, long toasts, and unhurried joy. A meyhane is not just a restaurant; it is a ritual. Our chefs will bring the table to life in true meyhane spirit, mezze after mezze, colourful, generous, and meant for sharing. Warm dishes arrive slowly, each with a story from the Anatolian coast, each inviting you to pause, taste, and pass the plate along.
And for one night only, Pebbles will welcome a new ritual to its menu: Rakı! The iconic drink of the meyhane. Cold, crisp, and clouding beautifully in the glass, rakı is the companion of deep talks, heartfelt toasts, and unforgettable nights.
