Turkish Brunch
If Dob street does not go to the Bosphorus, then we will bring the Bosphorus to Dob street instead. For one weekend, we'll be recalling the flavors of our travels, concentrated on one specific country in Dobrumba's morning shift, putting all our favorite Turkish dishes on your plates from 12th to 14th of April.

Schedule
Turkish breakfast dates:
12th of April (Friday) 9:00-11:30
13th of April (Saturday) 9:00-11:30
14th of April (Sunday) 9:00-11:30
For the duration of the event, the following dishes will be added to our breakfast menu, next to a selection of Dobrumba brunch favorites.
Menu:
• Cilbir | poached egg, yoghurt, beluga lentils, herbs, chilli oil
• Menemen | Turkish egg-dish, pepper, tomato, fresh green spices
optional topping: sujuk (spicy beef sausage)
• Lamb köfte | lamb, tahini, marinated red onion, green herbs, green zhoug, balástyai organic salad mix
• Simit plate | Turkish bread with sesame seeds, tahini, za'atar olive oil, tahini pekmez, rose jam, olives, honey kaymak, dried dates, beyaz peynir, fresh and fermented vegetables
• Traditional Turkish tea, Ayran, pomegranate lemonade

• Eggs & sage toast
• Tahini oatmeal
