This year, the free open-air Dance House will continue on the House of Music's open-air stage from May to September, with Máté Kalász and his friends playing music for the second time. Máté Kalász is a folk musician, a prima player and an accomplished player of the music of the violinists of the Hungarian Palatka and other inland regions, but he is also known in the dance-hall movement as a profound performer of the string tradition of other Hungarian regions.

Schedule
In 2017, he started his own ensemble, the Kalász Band, this time playing with his friends Márton Fekete on viola and Péter Molnár on double bass. The dances are taught by Zsuzsanna Fuják Kalászné and Ádám Jablonszki.
