We're kicking off April with a bang, as the first Shipyard x A38 event of the month will bring dance and live music back to the Ship!

♦️ Who will be in charge of the atmosphere? ♦️
At the invitation of Zoltán Grecsó, a very large group of people will be coming on board, as János Kardos-Horváth, the dancers of the Badora Company and Maluridé will entertain the audience this Tuesday.
János Kardos-Horváth is the frontman and heart and soul of the Caucasus band. His name has been associated with songs such as Éva Szalai and Teszkó, and in 2021 his song "One word" won the Petőfi Music Prize in both the Song of the Year and the Lyrics of the Year categories. This evening, during the singer's performance, the dancers of the Badora Company led by Dóra Barta will dazzle the audience with their form-defying performance. The company's movements are based on classical ballet and modern dance, and they have already developed a diverse repertoire in collaboration with the Katona József National Theatre.
Maluridé will close the event with a special acoustic performance. The duo of Virág Farkas "Zazie" and Júlia Viszkeleti was joined by Milán Hodován in spring 2022, and the three of them will shape the band's subtle, understated electronic sound.

A38 Ship
Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
