On 10 August 2024, the Óbuda Family Sports Day on the Danube will take place again, offering the opportunity to try out rowing sports. In a magical location on the much-loved Roman Beach, the sports day will focus on kayaking and rowing. Several Danube Coast associations are involved in the programme, so visitors will be able to try their hand at getting on the water in several venues. Paddling will take place from the landing stages of the sports associations concerned, within 50 metres of the shore.
