Cosmic Wacho (ES)
The Malaga duo Cosmic Wacho is made up of Spanish Alejandro Domínguez (Aless) and Argentine Franco Felice, born in the midst of confinement (2020). The two producers and musicians, from backgrounds far removed from their tropical roots, have come together to create a project that serves as a bridge between the Latin soundscape and the urban avant-garde. Cumbia, as the favourite daughter of Latin American rhythms, will be the mothership for Cosmic Wacho's lyrical and sonic conceptual blend, creating an unheard musical universe in the current scene.
Like being submerged in a bubble bath in the middle of a tropical sea. It's the fantastic and brand new eponymous debut album from Cosmic Wacho, the fabulous Spanish-Argentine duo that has made Latin a vocation and urbanisation a devotion. Effervescent and relaxing, hypnotic and vibrant. In its sound we find a musical and psychedelic jungle whose fauna is cumbia, bachata and calypso, flirting with trap, hip hop and pop.
A38 Ship
Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
