Marumba soft opening

We have been working on the new Rumba for many months, we are rediscovering. Now we are concentrating on our home instead of travelling. Contemporary home cooking, folk comfort food and the gastronomy of the Carpathian Basin.

During the "soft opening" you can arrive from 17.00 on weekdays and from noon on weekends. Introducing the first menu: the imprint of the research and impressions of our creative chef Olivér Heiszler. Heiszlerler's creative inspiration, the result of his creative work and the inspiration of his creative mind.

We move from mangalica pâté to kale stew and farmhouse chicken paprikash to apple pie, complete with a selection of natural wine.

These first two weeks are about experiencing and getting to know each other.
