This introductory training is for you if you have always been interested in inequalities but have not had the opportunity to learn about how social processes work. We welcome participants who would like to reflect on issues of equitable distribution in a diverse community using interactive methods.

The one and a half day training will address such issues:

How do inequalities between men and women become inequalities?
What role does the state play in all this?
What are the five faces of oppression?
