Cruise with us on the Danube and enjoy as we guide you into the world of street food! As we see it.
There will be ostrich burgers, wagyu hot dogs, oyster mushroom tacos, grilled corn, the essential homemade sourdough bread with butter, and yes, we will also bring the sweet version of it our legendary bread ice cream.
The list doesn't end here. We'll set up the kamado next to the kettle, we will prepare fantastic, non-alcoholic kombucha, while Sauska Winery will take care of the bubbles.
Come and enjoy one of the last summer evenings with us! While fireworks light up the sky, we have champagne in our glasses, and the DJ's rhythm creates a phenomenal atmosphere.

The goal of Műhely is to present progressive Hungarian cuisine which is based on the intertwining of art, science and gastronomy and that uses local ingredients. In addition to the experimental kitchen, Műhely also includes a gastronomy library and an open view ceramics workshop, which both play an important role in our efforts to develop the talents of the new generation of culinary and design professionals.
