On Sunday, 25 August, from 9:00 to 10:00 am (assembly from 8:40 am), we can move together again on RAKPART at the Viaduct Bar, a joint event organised by Valyo and Flow to the People.
On Sunday, Dia will be waiting for you with a yoga session to start the day.
Below you can read her short class description:
A refreshing morning flow
Make your Sunday morning special and get your flow on at the free Rakpart in Pest, next to the Danube!
Start the class with a calming down and breathing exercise to align with the exceptional location and yourself, followed by a careful warm-up.
Then we will increase the intensity of the practice with sun salutation variations, and find our centre again with balance asanas.
In the wind-down, we prepare the body and mind for relaxation at the end of the class with gentle stretches and gentle twists.
IMPORTANT! Bring your yoga mat!
In case of rain, the inside of the Viaduct Bar will provide shelter.
The event is by consent.
