On 21 September, the Harsányi Winery welcomes everyone for a special harvest experience that is not just an ordinary event, but a real adventure for nature and wine lovers.

Harvest Programme
8:30 - Meeting at Retel Vitéz Guesthouse, transfer to Harsányi Dülőbisztró
9:00 - Arrival at the Harsányi Dűlőbisztró (by shuttle or individually), "good morning" with brandy, pre-harvest snack (Zemplén tapas platter, local ingredients, sourdough bread, fresh homemade lemonade).
Introduction to the vineyards and grape varieties of the Harsányi Winery, harvest briefing.
10:00 - Departure to the harvest site (on foot or on a tractor).
Experience harvesting with unlimited furmint consumption.
12:30 - Departure back to the Harsányi Dűlőbisztró.
Wine tasting and hearty lunch for the hard-working harvesters.
Lunch menu, buffet:
- Super crumbly garlic fried ribs
- Stuffed chicken thighs with herbs
- Mashed potatoes with onions
- Coleslaw salad
- Dessert: apple and cherry strudel fresh from the oven
After lunch, you can follow the processing of the harvested grapes on a cellar tour, with a champagne tasting.
13:30 - Horse show (for health and exercise, reflections on humane and sustainable animal husbandry).
15:00 – Ben Bori Duo.
16:00 - Visit to an organic farm (optional) in the spirit of sustainability.
Meanwhile:
DJ Condra with harvest music
Climate tent: with educational brochures, tests, energy saving tips, home solar power information,
educational games and quizzes.
The evening ends with a harvest party
Continuous transfer back to the Retel Vitéz Guesthouse.

Our vineyards are located on the sunny slopes of Megyer Hill, Ciróka and Kútpadka, as well as on the slopes of Király Hill, where the favourable natural conditions ensure the outstanding quality of our wines.
