Many of you agree with us that leaven is the soul of bread. This time we're breathing the soul into calzone! We're breathing life into the famous "pizza folded in half" not only with sourdough, but also with fire, because that's another part of the soul. And in the courtyard of the rolling mill, we'll wake you up and lock you up with free fire and wild yeast.

You shall have opportunity:
- learn the basics of making sourdough
- roll out the calzone dough with your own hands
- fill it with deliciousness
- bake in the oven or on the open fire
The event is donation-based, so you will be supporting the hosts of the workshop, the Domovoj project.
Hengermalom
Hengermalom was once the bread of the town. Today it is a mysterious structure that tells the story of Kelenföld, the city and the river. A new story begins among the huge concrete blocks: the empty cylinders are soon filled with our shared ideas.
