The love child of Cage The Elephant and The Strokes - The Vices plays in Hungary for the first time

The members of The Vices promise to make everyone dance at their shows, and listening to the songs of the Dutch quartet, there's no doubt that these guys aren't just talking into the air. The Vices have been supporting Yungblud or Nothing But Thieves, and now it's time for their first solo tour. They will introduce themself to the Hungarian audience on 23rd April at Dürer Kert.
The Vices present a contrasting mix of Britpop and Surf Rock. Imagine Cage The Elephant and The Strokes having a love-child who happens to possess a live-energy that reminds one of the early Chili Peppers. These are some big names, but above all The Vices always stay true to themselves. With child-like fun and relentless ambition they can easily play tight and explosive or playful and danceable. This all resulted in their first club tour immediately selling out and Nothing But Thieves taking The Vices along as their support act to the big stages of Europe. The guys have released one full-length album and three EPs to date, most recently last fall.
Big stages, small stages, moshing or dancing, it doesn’t matter: The Vices will blow your socks off with a huge smile! And we'll be able to see for ourselves on 23rd April at the band's first concert in Hungary, at Dürer Kert.

Dürer Kert, which moved from the City Park to the vicinity of Kopaszi Dam, is one of the hangouts of Budapest's surviving peripheral subcultures, but it's also worth visiting if you just want a perfect garden spot. That is, starting in spring. Until then, let's keep rockin'! And after that, too.
