They have emerged in recent years as one of the most promising talents on the Belgian scene. Porcelain id’s poetic songs incorporate both classical pop and lofi electronics, yet always sound vulnerable, sincere and authentic. Their debut album ‘Bibi:1’ - inspired by their move from a quiet provincial town to the big city - was released on the 16th February 2024.
Slow Presso
The band was formed in 2019 from members of the former Moscow Square (MOX Tribe) in a duo formation: Adrienn Bozsogi sings the musical creations of Ádám Jávorka on electronic basis. The duo was added to Zsolt Hammer (bass guitar, bass) and Szabolcs Németh (guitar, Cora) in 2023, so the band has 4 members. In addition to the music, Varga Buda is the visual creator for the visual appearance. Experimental Electro, Triphop, though music, with little chanson elements, but it also contains the nihilism of the big city and the melancholy of life.
Location
A38 Ship
Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
