The formation of the Planéta duo is almost the same age as the band's appearance in 2024. The duo of Bálint Horváth (guitar/vocals) and Ádám Fülöp (guitar, vocals, keyboards) thought that the deep and melancholic tone of Planéta's songs could only be enhanced by an "intimate" performance rearranged for an acoustic show, so they started working on an acoustic show.

In the process, they realised that they didn't want to limit the instrumentation of the songs to acoustic guitar alone, so they added electric guitar and synthesizer. The atmosphere of the songs is supported by a combination of guitar sounds evoking vast spaces and two-part vocals. The duo formation also gives them the opportunity to rework songs from their favourite artists and set poems to music.
