Planéta duo acoustic
The band Planéta was reborn in the spring of 2024, building on the foundation of the Exopop band, having been active for nearly five years. Characterized by a blend of rock, alternative, and indie genres, their dreamlike soundscape is elevated to an otherworldly level by melancholic and abstract lyrics. The songs, which explore the not-so-average inner universe of ordinary people, can now be experienced by the audience in an acoustic format.
Schedule
The Planéta duo was formed around the same time as the band’s debut in 2024. The pair, consisting of Bálint Horváth (guitar/vocals) and Ádám Fülöp (guitar, vocals, keyboards), believed that the deep and melancholic tone of Planéta’s songs would only be enhanced by an intimate, acoustically reimagined performance. This led them to start working on an acoustic show. During the creative process, they realized they didn’t want to limit the arrangements solely to acoustic guitars. As a result, they complemented the production with electric guitars and synthesizers. The mood of the songs is further supported by expansive guitar sounds evoking vast spaces and the harmonized dual vocals. The duo format also provides an opportunity to reinterpret songs by their favorite artists and set poems to music.
