Ladánybene 27
Bob Marley's work is a foundation and an example to all reggae artists around the world. The eMeRTon award-winning band Ladánybene 27 has been the ambassador of reggae music in Hungary since 1985.

Their music was influenced by the work of Bob Marley at a time when Jamaican music was still hard to come by in Hungary. In 1996 the band released a Marley memorial album under the Hungarotom label and since then they have been performing Marley's programme live every year. The LB27 - Bob Marley memorial concert has been a great success at previous Sziget festivals and world music events. For Bob Marley's 80th birthday, the band will organise a special commemorative concert on the stage of the Aquarium Club, where they will host other musicians in addition to the band.
Akvárium
As they describe themselves, it is Budapest's most frequented venue, which is also multifunctional. Akvárium is great for award ceremonies, afternoon coffees and, most importantly, concerts, thanks to the well-picked, cross-genre selection.
