This time the pianist and movement-performance artist focuses on time, especially extended time and playing with the perception of time. "In fact, time cannot be separated from the things and events that happen <<inside>> and from the observer's own presence, attention resolution and pace. To give something its time, then, is to be with it - to watch it (an idea, a musical thought, a phenomenon, a movement) come into being, take shape and pass away without already thinking about what we are going to do next. An improvisation gives us a special opportunity to practice this."
