They have released three albums to date, Whirl (2017), Storm Dance (2019) and Walking on the Planet (2023), and their eclectic music is influenced by fusion, modern mainstream and smooth jazz, which meets the dynamics of rock music and the atmosphere of traditional piano trio. Classically inspired compositions mixed with spontaneous improvisation form the band's unique style. They perform regularly in Hungary and abroad. The ensemble has won several professional awards, the most important of which are the 1st prize at the international Jazz In The Park competition in 2017, the combo competition of the Hungarian Jazz Association in the same year and the special prize at the 2018 Laureate World-jazz competition. In 2018, the Trio (as the only instrumental band) was selected as one of the bands supported by the NKA Sound Occupation Programme, and in 2019 they won the Hangvilla Award. Their composition Walking on the Planet 2023 was awarded the Gold Prize at the 07th Hungarian Clipscreen in 2023.
Location
A38 Ship
Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
