Eggdrop Project Opening

The Eggdrop Project is both a brunch and street food brand, it can't really be put into just one category. Our Korean street toast recipes are designed to be an experience for consumers at any time of the day. As we dare to claim the brunch tagline, we pay a lot of attention to coffee and our Asian-inspired, homemade drinks.

After 1 year of test runs, we will open our first dedicated Eggdrop Project store on 1 March in the Deák Square neighbourhood. 2 weeks after the soft opening, we will hold a grand opening day on 16 March, where the first 100 guests will get their first Eggdrop sandwich for free. We hope as many of you as possible will join us.
