The Hungarian Heritage Award-winning Szélkiáltó Ensemble has been cherishing the ancient tradition of singing poetry for 49 years. Nearly 4000 concerts in Hungary, performances in Europe, Asia, South America, 13 independent albums, 13 collaborations, numerous theatre music performances are the proof of their successful work. The Acoustic concert is a selection of the most successful songs of the last five decades. Their joint performance with one of the world's best percussionists, Kossuth Prize winner Kornél Horváth, is a special musical treat.
A38 Ship
Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
