What is waacking?

In the first part of our program we speak about the history of waacking (whacking), punking and we are trying to find answers for questions like:
How could be free through the dance those black and latin homosexual men who started to dance waacking? How club life and community have helped them? What inspired the dance? How waacking is present in today's world?
Our goal is to create a possibility to get to know this culture to those queer and not queer people who didn't hear about it or they already know it but would like to know more about it and understand deeper what it is. We would like the conversation to take place in an interactive form, feel free to ask questions

After the talk you can enjoy the show from few members of the hungarian whacking community.
After that you can get a taste from the waacking, punking vibe, we are gonna dancing, jamming on the dance floor.
