Hypnosphere
English scientists have recently discovered a very narrow, sixth layer of air above the Earth, which is located between the mesosphere and the thermosphere, and its peculiarity is that it only forms at certain combinations of atmospheric conditions. At these combinations, people easily fall into a hypnotic state, hence the name of the layer, the Hypnosphere.
